Here is how I think this is gonna go, L is going to know kira was on the bus, and I have no doubt he's gonna know that guys death wasn't an accident so L is going to start connecting the dots, but light might wait a little to kill the FBI agent as to not cause supspison.

light killing his stalker is stupid if he does so L will have high suspicions on him so i think it would be better to not kill him , kill multiple agents or do one of his other big brain moves

why would you kill the fbi agent thats sent after you thats like confirming their suspicion

There's no way for Light to know this, but the FBI agent was going to stop tailing him at the end of the day. This would have exonerated him completely.

I have a question, if lets say that guy who was hit by the car was somehow held back before he got hit by the car, would his death not take place? Or would he simply die of a heartattack?

That's a great question...I think he would die in the way Light wrote no matter what. From the ending we see that Light gave very generic instructions as to his death...I think that if someone attempted to restrain him, providentially he would have been able to escape in time to die while getting off the bus. The result is predetermined; it can't be overwritten. The only thing stopping the scenario is if Light wrote something impossible for that person.

it's interesting that if Light just go on a normal date Raye wouldn't suspect him at all and be done with his task, but as far as he knows he will always be watched at all times until he blunder and does something that proves he's Kira

True, but if someone dies while Light is right there in the seat ahead of him he really doesn't have any reason to suspect him, infect that's reason enough not to suspect him it isn't as if he knows about the death note or the conditions in order to use it. But L is the one that's a bit too clever not to suspect something or deduce something from that whole incident, but the agent would just see it as pure coincidence.
